HIPs contain, as standard, all the basic required documents needed to produce a HIP:

• Index
• Energy performance certificate (EPC)
• Evidence of title
• Sale statement
• Local searches and land charges (personal)
• Drainage and water search

Our Freehold HIP consists of:

• Index
• Energy performance certificate (EPC)
• The Summary
• The Sales Statement
• Title and Ownership
• Home contents form (optional)
• Home use form (optional)
• Local Authority Searches
• Drainage and Water Searches
• Copies of and planning, listed building and building regulations consents and approvals

Our Leasehold HIP consists of:

• A Copy of the Lease
• The most recent service charge accounts and receipts
• Building Insurance Policy details and payment reciepts
• Any regulations made by the Landlord or Management Company
